RecipeHub helps you save, organize, adapt, plan, shop for, and cook recipes from different sources.

Some features may use automated extraction or artificial intelligence to structure, translate, classify, or adapt recipe content.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information associated with your account and for keeping access to your account secure.

You may not use RecipeHub for unlawful purposes or in a way that interferes with the Service or other users.

You retain any rights you already have in the recipes, notes, photos, modifications, and other content you create or add to RecipeHub. RecipeHub does not claim ownership of your content.

By adding content to RecipeHub, you give us only the limited permissions technically required to:

• Store the content
• Process it
• Display it to you
• Provide the product features you request
• Create a public recipe page when you explicitly choose to share a recipe

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to save, upload, or share any content you add to RecipeHub.

RecipeHub may allow you to save or import recipes from websites, social media, images, videos, and other third-party sources.

Third-party content may remain subject to the rights and terms of the original creator or platform. Saving or importing a recipe does not transfer ownership of that content to you or to RecipeHub.

You are responsible for how you use or share third-party content.

Where available, RecipeHub may preserve a source URL, creator attribution, thumbnail, or recipe information. This does not transfer ownership of the third-party content.

RecipeHub may use automated and AI-assisted systems for functions such as:

• Recipe extraction
• OCR, photo, or handwriting recognition
• Classification
• Translation
• Other supported recipe-processing features

Automated output may contain errors. You should review ingredients, quantities, temperatures, timings, substitutions, and cooking instructions before relying on them.

RecipeHub does not guarantee that AI-generated or extracted information is complete or accurate.

RecipeHub is not a medical, nutritional, or food-safety service.

Information about allergens, dietary suitability, substitutions, cooking temperatures, or nutritional characteristics may be incomplete or inaccurate.

You are responsible for checking ingredients and preparation methods and for making decisions appropriate to your dietary, medical, or allergy needs.

RecipeHub features may change over time. Features may contain errors or become temporarily unavailable, and availability is not guaranteed.

We may add, remove, or modify features as the product evolves.

RecipeHub may contain links to or integrations with third-party services.

We are not responsible for the availability, content, privacy practices, or operation of those third-party services.

Your use of them may be governed by separate terms.

The RecipeHub software, design, branding, interfaces, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not give you ownership of the RecipeHub product or brand.

You may stop using RecipeHub at any time.

We may restrict or terminate access if these Terms are seriously violated, if required by law, or where necessary to protect RecipeHub or its users.

You can delete your account directly in the app via:

Settings → Delete Account

Deletion is permanent. It removes your RecipeHub account and associated RecipeHub content and data, and cannot be undone.

RecipeHub is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all content or features will always be accurate or error-free.

RecipeHub is not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on inaccurate recipe content, third-party content, or misuse of the Service, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make material changes, we will update the date shown at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.

Continued use of RecipeHub after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Your use of RecipeHub is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
